Excellent condition, tags attached, Alpha ACU Pants, 30 waist, black

This is a pair of Alpha ACU PANTS.
I purchased them at an Alpha directly managed store two years ago and have kept them in storage.
These are the higher-end model, costing around ¥27,000, with ripstop fabric on the knees and a twill-like texture for the main body.
The fabric is also sturdy.
As my collection of denim and pants has grown considerably, I'm offering these items that have been sitting unused.

They have only been worn about 1-2 times.
I've included photos of the folded cuffs and tags, but there are no sweat stains, and the hems show no noticeable damage.
Aside from the button areas of the pockets, there are no white scuffs, and in my personal opinion, they are in beautiful condition.
The length is original.

The size is 30. I believe individuals around 175cm tall, depending on their build, could wear these.
Personally, I think they would look stylish rolled up as well.
Regarding measurements, please excuse my amateur measurements, but they are as follows:

Inseam: 77cm
Hem width: 18cm
Rise: 30cm
Waist: 40cm

I haven't seen many of Alpha's ACU pants in this higher-end version listed.
Although the product number is different, they seem quite similar to current models, so please feel free to compare them.
